The Flowermate V5.0 Pro Mini is the same size as the standard models of the device. The mouthpiece and all accessories available from the manufacturer are also compatible with all four standard devices. The vaporizer is available in black. The housing is made of neatly processed aluminum. With dimensions of 8.5 x 4.5 centimeters, the device is inconspicuous and compact. The OLED display, which is attached to the side with the controls, is easy to read.
Features
The biggest difference between the Flowermate V5.0 in the Pro version and the other versions of the device is the temperature setting. In contrast to the other models, where only predefined temperature levels are available, the Flowermate V5 Pro Mini enables temperature settings from 40 to 230 ° C to the degree. The heating element is completely digitally controlled.
Both the current and the set temperature can be read on the OLED display of the vaporizer. If necessary, the device can also be easily switched from Celsius to Fahrenheit. The display also shows the charge status of the battery. As a user, you know the status of your device at all times and a quick glance at the display is enough to find out whether the state of charge still gives you a session or whether charging is required.
But not only the user interface of the Flowermate V5.0 Pro Mini was spared no expense and effort. The mouthpiece of the Vapos is a tasteless glass mouthpiece. There is also a compartment on the underside of the device in which the mouthpiece can be stowed. So the vaporizer is not only much more convenient, but also safer to carry in your pocket. The heating element of the vaporizer is made of high quality ceramic, which promises a long service life. The battery of the Flowermate V5.0 Pro Mini has a capacity of 1800 mAh and is fully charged in three to four hours thanks to the micro USB connection. One battery charge is enough for about four to five steam sessions.
In addition, the Flowermate V5.0 Pro Mini comes with an automatic switch-off, just like its sister models. The highlight of the Pro Mini, however, is the power bank function, which makes it possible to charge a smartphone or other electrical devices with the battery of the vaporizer. This works easily via a USB port that is integrated at the bottom of the device. Although the capacity of the battery does not allow a full charge of a smartphone common today, about two thirds. In any case, with the Flowermate V5.0 Pro Mini you always have a small “emergency reserve” in your pocket, which can tickle a few minutes of battery life out of your phone. A bong adapter is also included in the scope of delivery, which makes it possible to connect the vaporizer to a water pipe and thus enjoy the steam.
A compromise in the functionality of the Flowermate V5.0 Pro Mini must, however, be made with regard to its use during the charging process. According to the manufacturer, it is not possible to use the vaporizer while charging, as this can damage the lithium-ion battery, especially with regard to its longevity. Theoretically, this is still possible, but therefore not recommended.
Even though the Flowermate V5.0 Pro Mini was originally designed for the use of herbs, the latest versions now include two capsules that also allow oil or wax to be evaporated. The capacity of the herb chamber corresponds approximately to the amount of 0.3 grams of dried herbs.
Usage
After screwing on the mouthpiece, switching on by pressing the power button five times and then heating up for 30 seconds, the Flowermate V5.0 Pro Mini is ready for use. Air supply and air resistance can be regulated via a sliding flap on the underside of the vaporizer. Cleaning and maintaining the vaporizer is also straightforward and is described in detail in the operating instructions. A suitable cleaning brush is included in the scope of delivery.
